As the days get longer and weather gets warmer, we can all feel the summer is fast approaching. This year, the ACBPBO will be holding its 1st annual pre-season boat race, fundraiser and social gathering: "The Race to Summer"
This event will be held on Saturday May 18th at Bader Field in Atlantic City and welcomes lifeguards from all beach patrols, their families, friends, and any of those interested in enjoying a day of races, food and fun on the back bays of AC. The race course will be staged at Bader Field and the bay and the start and finish lines will be situated in the main event area.

Awards for 1st Place in each division and race. Male & Female. Pre-race executed waivers for all competitors will be a requirement for entering any and all races.

THE FINISH LINE AND FUNDRAISER MAIN EVENT AREA WILL BE LOCATED AT BADER FIELD DIRECTLY ACROSS THE BAY FROM THE AC BOATHOUSE.

The 1 ½ mile memorial doubles row will be named the ACBP Alumni Memorial Race. This race will honor those who have served on the ACBP who have recently passed away. The event area is just north of the boat ramp on Albany Avenue at Bader Field. Equipment drop-off and pick-up instructions will be forwarded after registration.
